Data We Collect

We only collect the personal data you provide voluntarily, that is, your first name, last name and email address when you subscribe to our newsletter. This is the only personal data collected through this website. We do not create user accounts and we do not use advertising or analytics tracking.

Purpose & Legal Basis

Your data is used solely to send you our newsletter and label updates. The legal basis for this processing is your consent, given through an explicit double opt-in confirmation. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

Email Service Provider

We use Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, 106 boulevard Haussmann, 75008 Paris, France) to manage our mailing lists and send our emails. Brevo processes your data on our behalf as a processor, within the European Union.

External Services

Purchases and free downloads are not handled on this website. The corresponding buttons send you to Bandcamp, which operates its own platform and its own privacy policy. Any data you provide there, including an email address requested for a free download, is collected by Bandcamp and not by us. Where you have given Bandcamp explicit marketing consent, we may add your address to our mailing list; you can unsubscribe at any time. Embedded players from SoundCloud, YouTube and Vimeo may also set their own cookies once you interact with them.

Hosting & Transfers Outside the EU

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States). As a result, data transmitted through the site may transit via servers located outside the European Union. This transfer is framed by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC), which provide an appropriate level of protection for your personal data.

Data Retention

Your data is kept for as long as you remain subscribed. It is deleted when you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent, without undue delay.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and therefore displays no cookie banner. A strictly necessary cookie is only used within the private administration area to keep an authenticated session; it is never set for public visitors.
